This Shipping & Processing Policy (“Policy”) outlines the procedures Italy Best Coffee (“Italy Best Coffee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) follows when processing orders, as well as the available shipping methods, estimated delivery timelines, and key details regarding shipping fees and promotional offers. We encourage you to review this Policy prior to placing your order to ensure you are informed about our processes from checkout to delivery. 

 

HOW WE SHIP 

 

Orders over $50 (after discounts have been applied and excluding taxes) ship FREE in the United States, unless otherwise limited by a promotional offer.  

 

Orders of $50 or less (after discounts have been applied and excluding taxes) will incur a standard shipping charge of just $9.50. 

 

Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories include an additional $5.00 shipping charge. 

 

Shipping charges, delivery estimates, and service availability are subject to change without notice. 

 

2nd Day and Next Day orders received Monday through Friday by 2 p.m. (ET) are shipped the same day.  All other orders will be shipped the next business day. 

 

Priority mail delivery purchased by a customer on our website may take up 5 business days to be delivered after shipment. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 

NOTE: Flash Sales or Deals of the Day may require an additional 3 to 5 days of processing time before shipment. 

 

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS (when available) 

 

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, including "72, 48, 24 or 12 HRS OF FREE SHIPPING" or "FREE SHIPPING DAY." No minimum order is required. The promotions are valid only for orders with shipping address located within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders will be shipped via our STANDARD service. Free shipping promotions are subject to modification, suspension, or termination at any time.

We DO ship Internationally only in Canada and Mexico. International shipping rates are calculated at the checkout. Customers are responsible for all international duties, taxes, and custom fees, which are due upon delivery and not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.
